The villa is situated in an excellent position, just 15km from the airport, 17km from the capital of Kefalonia island, and only a 5 minute drive to the vast beach of Lourdas, with its numerous restaurants. You will find the location convenient, as all the lovely south coast beaches are in the vicinity, and as it is a great base to further explore the island. Enchanted Melissani Cave, with its underground lake, is just 29km away.
Casa Grec is built on tastefully laid out area of 1200m2. The villa itself is 117m2, fully air conditioned, featuring two bedrooms with two large double beds (one can be split to two single beds), and two bathrooms with walk-in showers, a fully equipped open plan kitchen-dining-living area, with an additional bathroom that has a washing machine and dryer.
There is private parking and a private pool. The villa can accommodate up to 4 persons.
